Glitch Aesthetics

Drawing on research on remix aesthetics, Codewerk, art theory, literary theory, and poststructuralism, Stacey explores the nature of glitch art and the aesthetics of intentional glitching. The true value of the work is often not in the finished image, but might be in the process, the changes from the original, or in cognitive links–how the process and finished image coincide.
